I had an accident that was not my fault and their insurance covered my cost at Andy’s. It took 5 days, they said it would take 3. They were fixing my bumper/fender and taillight on my 2022 vehicle. After I left with my “fixed” vehicle on Friday, I had to go straight to work. I wasn’t able to get back to the shop until Monday morning. My blinker/taillight was out. The associate I spoke to in person about the mishap was very rude and looked at me as though it was my fault. My car is brand new. They were only fixing the back of my car. Was I really expected to believe it was a coincidence? I’m going into such detail because I’ve never seen such poor customer service in a situation like this. Luckily, it wasn’t a hard fix in the end. The employee took my keys, had my car for less than 30 minutes, and then told me they just didn’t plug something back in. So, my car seems back to normal. However, I have to worry and hope that’s all they forgot to do and that they didn’t make other errors I can’t see. How could they not have checked if the back lights worked? They were literally only working on that part of the car. I was excited at first that insurance was covering such a well known local business. I never imagined I would leave with something still wrong, only to return and have rude customer service. I did not barge into the place. I didn’t make a scene. I am a professional and I treat others the same. I simply wanted my car fixed. He admitted they had made error and never once apologized. I would not recommend.
I really apologize that you did not have our typical customer experience.
