The staff was very courteous and knowledgeable. The facility, especially the waiting room, was very clean and comfortable. I was treated with respect and like I was part of their family. I would recommend this shop for any and all mechanical needs and I will NEVER take my vehicle anywhere else.

WHAT A GREAT FACILITY CLEAN, FRESH AND FRIENDLY. THEY TOOK THE TIME TO GO OVER MY CAR WITH A SAFTEY INSPECTION, SHOWED ME THE FACTORY RECOMMENDED MAINTENACE SCHEDULE FOR MY CAR AND DID A FLUID SAMPLE ON ALL MY MAJOR COMPONENTS. VERY PROFESIONAL FACILITY. THEY WERE OBVIOUSLY LOOKING FOR A LONG TERM RELATIONSHIP WITH ME NOT A ONE TIME VISIT.I THINK I FOUND A NEW HOME FOR ALL MY SERVICE NEEDS.

What a wonderful place, no pressure at all i feel like they are honest when they tell me i need something

My only complaint is the length of time taken to complete replacement of two tires and an oil change. I also did not receive a reminder sticker for my next oil change.

i walked in to get an appointment and was able to get the whole job done instead. that saved me time and worry about when to come back. the service managers could not be nicer or more helpful. i recommend andys to anyone needing car work.
