When my son’s car failed emissions due to a check engine light for his evaporator system we mad an appointment for them to fix the issue. We dropped the car off Tuesday morning at 7 am. It took 2 days for them to call and say the check engine light was due to evaporator system leak. Something we knew and REMINDED them at drop off. They want to charge $150. They want $100 to do a smoke test to find the leak. That was 3 days ago.they have not done ANYTHING. I drive by the shop several times a day and it has been parked in the same spot on the lot for 4 days without moving. I doubt they really hooked it up to any diagnostic machine. They was $250 and they have yet to actually diagnose the issue. They have the worst customer service and shoddy business practices.

Great job of oil change and auto inspection!

Stopped in for my emissions testing. The young man handling emissions was quick to acknowledge me, very courteous and professional and got me right in for testing. Took all of maybe 3 minutes. Definitely a much more pleasant experience than I remember, but it's been 5 or more years since I've had to take a vehicle in for emissions testing. The spouse usually does it.

When our customers are satisfied, so are we! Thank you for your review!

Brought my car in to fix check engine light. They claimed they had it fixed, but when I went to leave the parking lot the CEL was still on... After I brought it to their attention, the next day they tried to charge me for more diagnostics. I think they should have been more thorough in the first place. They are more expensive than any other repair shops too, at least they could double check their work but I guess you DON'T get what you pay for.

Sarah and the crew did a great job in repairing our son's Ford Focus. Thank you!

I had an accident that was not my fault and their insurance covered my cost at Andy’s. It took 5 days, they said it would take 3. They were fixing my bumper/fender and taillight on my 2022 vehicle. After I left with my “fixed” vehicle on Friday, I had to go straight to work. I wasn’t able to get back to the shop until Monday morning. My blinker/taillight was out. The associate I spoke to in person about the mishap was very rude and looked at me as though it was my fault. My car is brand new. They were only fixing the back of my car. Was I really expected to believe it was a coincidence? I’m going into such detail because I’ve never seen such poor customer service in a situation like this. Luckily, it wasn’t a hard fix in the end. The employee took my keys, had my car for less than 30 minutes, and then told me they just didn’t plug something back in. So, my car seems back to normal. However, I have to worry and hope that’s all they forgot to do and that they didn’t make other errors I can’t see. How could they not have checked if the back lights worked? They were literally only working on that part of the car. I was excited at first that insurance was covering such a well known local business. I never imagined I would leave with something still wrong, only to return and have rude customer service. I did not barge into the place. I didn’t make a scene. I am a professional and I treat others the same. I simply wanted my car fixed. He admitted they had made error and never once apologized. I would not recommend.

I really apologize that you did not have our typical customer experience.
