The state of Illinois requires all vehicles to renew their license plate before it expires and also pass an emissions test, in order to stay legal on the road. Emissions Testing
We use an On-Board Diagnostics test (OBD) to determine whether the MIL indicator is working, and if so, has collected any Diagnostic Trouble Codes (DTCs). DTCs can indicate whether or not there is an issues with your vehicle's emissions out-put.

License Plate Renewals
We also process license plates renewals at our center, so that you don't have to worry about your license plate expiring! Just bring in your registration (complete it by using your registration ID and PIN number from your current card; you can also check out their website for more information) and an accepted form of payment, and we'll take care of the rest!

Andy's now sell’s renewal sticker’s for IL license.
Please have your vehicle tested then we will park it outside you can go inside to the kiosk by the front door’s with emission sheet and get your renewal sticker.
There is a convenience charge of $9.50 for cash and $12.00 for credit cards we do not accept checks for this service.
You can renew your sticker at the Bethalto DMV with no convenience charge. Renewal and Emission personal are employee’s of Andy's Automotive not the State Of IL.
